By accessing or using Handlr ("the Service"), provided by Cauld & Clark IT Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Handlr is a sales operation automation platform that provides:

• Field team management with GPS-tracked visits and attendance
• Multi-tenant account and customer relationship management
• Sales item catalog management (products, services, promotions)
• Deal pipeline and transaction processing
• Cash request workflows with expense tracking
• Document and proof attachments throughout the sales process

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your team members comply with these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes

5. Intellectual Property

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cauld & Clark IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
